My Personal Guarantee:

You have my personal guarantee that all of my designs are one-of-a-kind and were created in my head. However, I do purchase my pendants and clasps (from designers, bead shows, and bead shops) to incorporate into my designs.  
 

Repairs:

If for any reason, your jewelry item (that you purchased from me) breaks, you can send it back to me and I will repair it for you free-of-charge. I strive to create my designs using premium beading wire, crimps, and clasps, and have not had any problems.

I offer a re-stringing service and will only charge for any wire, additional beads, or replacement clasps that are used.  If you have trouble with tiny ring or lobster clasps, I can re-string your items using a silver-plated or gold-filled magnetic clasp. They are not the most attractive clasps in the world, but are a God-send for people with arthritis, who can’t work with older-type clasps (please do not order magnetic clasps if you have a pacemaker). Thank you.

I have a friend who attends many cocktail parties and each time she gets a new dress; she comes over with it and I have the best time creating something to match her dress!
